We have received information that indicates the National Youths Service Corps (NYSC) has commenced the online registration for NYSC 2016 Batch B corps members.

The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) is an organization set up by the government of Nigeria to involve the country’s graduates in the development of the country. Since it’s commencement in 1973, university graduates and graduates of polytechnics have been required to take part in the National Youth Service Corps program for one year. This is known as national service year.

We’re glad to inform you that the online registration for NYSC 2016 Batch B corps members has started.

According to information contained on the NYSC official website:

This is to inform all part-time graduates from Nigeria Corps Producing Institutions that their Institutions have uploaded their names on the NYSC Portal. They are to visit www.nysc.org.ng effective from Monday 17th October, 2016 to register and print their Exclusion Letters.

All 2016 Batch B Prospective Corps Members who had earlier seen their names on the NYSC Portal, but can no longer see it, should not panic, it means their schools are still uploading because of approval given to them to upload additional records. Once the upload is completed, you will be able to check your names on the NYSC portal.

In addition, Prospective corps Members are to note that passport photograph size requirement to be uploaded during the on-line registration must be 2×2 with off-white background colour. Note that if the background does not conform to the standard, you will not be able to complete your on-line registration.

The 2016 NYSC Batch B senate list has also been updated in the portal. Prospective corps members can check HERE to confirm their names on the list.
